The Collection de l’Art Brut museum was opened in 1976. Jean Dubuffet donated his Art Brut collection to the city of Lausanne in 1971. Dubuffet introduced the term Art Brut. The museum is definitely worth a visit with its magnificent permanent collection of Outsider art.
