His signature figures stand firmly with both feet on the ground: powerful, rich in detail, and surrounded by a world where everything grows and flourishes. From that solid foundation, the composition develops upward, giving rise to an explosion of form and color!<\/p>\n<p>The work hasn\u2019t been given a title yet, but one will follow as the painting takes further shape.<\/p>\n<p>This work is part of the Sottobosco project in the lead-up to the exhibition at Museum Dr. Guislain in Ghent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edward has now been working on a new (enormous) painting for over two weeks.
