Edward has now been working on a new (enormous) painting for over two weeks. His signature figures stand firmly with both feet on the ground: powerful, rich in detail, and surrounded by a world where everything grows and flourishes. From that solid foundation, the composition develops upward, giving rise to an explosion of form and color!

The work hasn’t been given a title yet, but one will follow as the painting takes further shape.

This work is part of the Sottobosco project in the lead-up to the exhibition at Museum Dr. Guislain in Ghent.
