Chrissy Smit (2000)

After her artistic talent was discovered in the talent class at Auris College, Chrissy Smit began working at Atelier Herenplaats in 2018.

She primarily focuses on her development in drawing Manga, as she is fascinated by the way these characters are drawn and how drama is portrayed. Games, particularly fantasy and action games, also serve as a significant source of inspiration for Chrissy. She tries to represent her subjects in a narrative and symbolic way.

Chrissy works meticulously with light and dark in her drawings and paintings. She uses various materials such as acrylic paint, watercolor, ink, and pencil. The sizes of her work also vary. Additionally, she works on the computer once a week, where she experiments with digital drawings.

One of her dreams is to create her own Manga book with her own illustrations in the future.
