Workshop at TENT

A number of artists from Herenplaats recently participated in a special workshop at TENT: Is poverty and wealth always about money, or not at all? What does it mean to feel poor or rich? When do you feel richer than a millionaire?

After previous stops in Amsterdam, Groningen, Arnhem, and Zwolle, the program Richer than a Millionaire by artists Madelinde Hageman and Tina Lenz can now also be experienced in Rotterdam. Together with 135 participants, they explored how poverty and wealth feel and translated this into art.

Using screen printing, etching, and linocut, “emotional capital” has been printed in the mobile printing press.
