Mariska van der Ent (1985)

Mariska is perceived as an outsider artist by the insiders (her colleagues). In all her ferocity and wildness she is herself. Fantasy Fairs and Lord of The Rings. Making art is a very important part of her life, she can’t life without.

Mariska started working at Galerie Atelier Herenplaats in July 2009. She is very happy to work at Galerie Atelier Herenplaats and is still searching what techniques and style she would like to use. She paints, draws and does graphics. She is also very interested in photography and working with Photoshop.

Overall themes in her work are people, portraits and Fantasy. Before working at the gallery she did the education to become goldsmith.
